Peabody, one of the oldest and largest housing associations in the UK, boasts a strong heritage and sense of community. Tasked with a brand refresh, collateral was developed conveying the company’s core values of trust, reliability, camaraderie and diversity. The new look and feel incorporates bold colors with engaging typography, photography and illustrations. Design collateral includes a complex, structured website, an updated brand guide as well as a full suite of assets, presentations, templates, experiential design and digital marketing materials. The design was praised by the client, who experienced increased traffic to the site, with its user-friendly interface and relatable appeal.
