Chubb launched the campaign "More Risks. One Chubb." in an effort to boost cross-sell profits by educating agents and brokers regarding the benefits of placing a well-rounded program with Chubb, providing more coverage and better solutions for their clients. The campaign was communicated via web, email, email signatures, social media, DDAs, case studies, how-to guide, industry overview and talking points. Promo design highlighted the technology, professional services and manufacturing industries, incorporating sleek, brand iconography, sophisticated photography and a bold color palette. Over the course of the campaign, Chubb experienced an increase in submission flow and an increase in coverage lines for the chosen cross-sell products.
