Chubb launched the campaign "Uncover the other side", in an effort to improve sales by breaking down biases and building trust and credibility across the generation gap. The campaign also promoted "Selling with Gentelligence" and was communicated via web, email, social media, sales guide and strategy report. Promo design showcased varying generations and age demographics using bold, cut out photography on color and applying an aging AI filter and incorporating vernacular relating to the corresponding audiences. The overall effect was sophisticated and engaging. Over the course of the campaign, Chubb successfully highlighted the benefits of avoiding stereotypes, making their Gentelligence report digestible and easy to understand and increasing sales.
